Tata Motors has recently unveiled its popular SUV, Tata Safari 2021. The production of the SUV has started at Tata's Pune plant and the first unit was rolled out of its assembly line.
Tata Safari 2021 will be officially launched on January 26 and will start booking in the month of February.
Tata Safari's design is based on the Tata's in house Impact 2.0 Design language. It has taken clues from Land Rover D8 inspired OMEGARC platform.
Tata Safari 2021 will be powered by a 2.0-litre, 4 cylinder diesel engine. This engine will churn out a maximum power of 168bhp and a healthy 350 Nm of peak torque. The engine will be mated to a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter gearbox.
A1.5-litre turbo petrol engine can be offered at a later stage.
